Job Summary

This job manages plant build, rebuild, and upgrade projects, collaborating with leadership on budget development and management. It supports Design, Construction, and Project Management, oversees finances, leads a team, sets standards, and ensures timely, budget-compliant project completion.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Scheduling construction projects and overseeing adherence to safety standards and quality control measures

Initiating and monitoring budget processes to ensure fiscal targets are met

Ensuring compliance with construction codes and safety regulations across projects

Maintaining a high level of productivity, tracking and generating reports on project status

Ensuring projects meet or exceed Company Construction Policy, FCC Technical Standards, NEC, OSHA, and other agency requirements

Maintaining an invoice verification program for contractor-managed projects

Collaborating with Marketing and Commercial Development to meet subscriber build-out and upgrade goals

Leading Supervisors and Specialists while providing career development feedback and support

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
