The Opportunity

As a Solution Architect Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance within our Software and Product Innovation practice. You will leverage your skills and experience to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Your commitment to excellence contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role, you will focus on developing innovative software solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients. You will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level. Your ability to craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story will be crucial. You will also validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, confirming that our solutions meet their needs effectively. Responsibilities

Leading the design and development of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance

Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in software engineering projects

Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning

Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to improve software solutions

Utilizing programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Kotlin to develop and test cutting-edge applications

Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes

Overseeing the deployment of enterprise application architecture and integration solutions

Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality software products

Promoting the use of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and other methodologies to validate software quality

Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address software development challenges

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
