Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity every day.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or contractor entry requirements, and communicate post orders, facility rules, and restricted area guidelines in a professional manner.

Support daily operations by observing site conditions, reporting hazards, equipment issues, and/or unusual behavior, and assisting with incident response in accordance with established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

A TSA-issued TWIC is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
