What You'll Work On:

Serve as the SME in OPFOR, augment the OPFOR primary staff during the military decision-making process, produce annexes and products, advise the commander s, and c ond uct briefings as required.

Certify as a WARSIM Battle Simulation Workstation Operator.

Prepare computer simulation with exercise scenario plan command and control graphics.

Prepare computer simulation by placing assigned units into doctrinal formations, ensuring placement is situated to the terrain and is a tactically correct representation based on combat orders and the scenario.

Mentor and supervise WARSIM Battle Simulation Workstation Operators.

Input computer orders and generate reports as directed.

Ensure the OPFOR Commander 's intent is executed in JLCCTC and ensure all operations are compliant with current applicable OPFOR doctrine.

Coordinate maneuver operations between command post staff and simulation operators.

Manage efforts for the OPFOR Support Division.

Deploy to forward locations to assist with OPFOR operations in various countries, as required, in support of U.S. military operations.

You Have:

Experience with Micro sof t Word and PowerPoint

Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and current doctrine

Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time

Secret clearance

HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in the military, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military

Nice If You Have:

Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major

Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level

Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability ( JLCCTC ) or Warfighters Simulation ( WARSIM )

Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program ( MCTP )

Knowledge of FM 7-100 series OPFOR doctrine

Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills

Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Master's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
