Bring your expertise and leadership to Starbucks Accounting Center of Excellence (CoE), where we drive innovation, operational excellence, and compliance across a dynamic global organization.
From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.
The accounting analysis manager, Accounting CoE, supports the global accounting organization by driving process standardization, identifying automation opportunities, and reducing manual effort across month-end close activities, with a focus on risk, materiality, and timing. This role contributes to executing CoE priorities by fostering a collaborative team environment, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and applying solid accounting knowledge to ensure alignment with US GAAP, internal controls, and company policies. The manager helps translate accounting requirements into scalable processes, supports initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance controls, and partners with Finance Systems, Technology, and business teams to implement improvements and track performance metrics. In addition, the role emphasizes continuous learning, contributes to team development through knowledge sharing and informal coaching, and operates effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding company values and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
