Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via telephone and email to ensure outstanding service and delivery commitments.

Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

Monitor the progress of delivery routes and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Perform administrative tasks such as scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to multitask and resolve issues under pressure.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

1 year of related experience, ideally within a call center environment.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (On Site)

Pay Details: $21.00 to $20.00 per hour
