Job Description:

Verifies customer transactions and corrects any issues that arise.

Ensures accurate and timely acceptance of transfers.

Verifies that products have tags, are shelved and displayed appropriately, and that the store is clean and customer-friendly.

Recognizes the vital role of customer service and prioritizes building customer loyalty.

Trains sales and volunteer team on customer service, point of sale (POS) system, trends, and product knowledge.

Supervises retail employees and volunteers, fostering relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.

Manages daily operations to ensure business growth.

Assists Supervisor and Manager in achieving budgetary goals and quality initiatives.

Keeps current on departmental policies and procedures.

Maintains respectful relationships with all stakeholders.

Participates in delivering outstanding customer service.

Performs other duties as assigned.
