Job Description
Join a dynamic warehouse team as an associate, where you will safely operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks, accurately process orders, and support shipping activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will play a key role in ensuring products are moved, labeled, and loaded efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, relocate, and stack products throughout the warehouse.
Use RF scanners to track, manage, and verify inventory movements and order details.
Assign orders and coordinate workflow to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Label packages accurately and efficiently in line with company standards and shipping requirements.
Assist in loading and unloading trailers to meet strict shipping and receiving deadlines.
Support shipping and receiving activities, including order picking, packing, and staging materials for outbound shipments.
Perform order picking using stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
Operate additional material handling equipment such as sit-down forklifts and reach trucks when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following housekeeping standards and best practices.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other equipment, and promptly report any issues or malfunctions.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow, productivity, and accuracy across the warehouse.
Assist with inventory activities, including counting, replenishment, and verification of stock levels.
Handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting, moving, and unloading products as part of daily operations.
Essential Skills
Proven experience operating stand-up forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Proven experience operating pallet jacks for material handling tasks.
Experience using RF scanners to track inventory and process orders.
Demonstrated ability to perform order picking, packing, and shipping and receiving tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when labeling, scanning, and processing orders.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
Positive attitude and willingness to support various warehouse and production activities.
Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience operating sit-down forklifts for loading, unloading, and material handling.
Experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution center.
Experienced in material handling within warehouse, distribution, or production settings.
Familiarity with inventory processes such as counting, tracking, and replenishment.
Experience working with shipping and receiving functions, including loading trailers and processing inbound freight.
Prior exposure to products in a wholesale or distribution environment is a plus.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.

Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse and distribution center that supports wholesale operations. You will work alongside a small team of approximately 10 people, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. The work is physically active and includes lifting, carrying, and operating equipment throughout the shift. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
