Pay Rate: $20 - $21 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 1st & 2nd Shifts

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

Our client in Dixfield is actively hiring Sawmill Laborers to join their growing team in a fast-paced production environment. These positions pay $20-$21/hour and are temp-to-hire , offering a strong pathway to a long-term career.

This is a hands-on, physically active role where you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of production while contributing to essential lumber operations-perfect for candidates who enjoy staying active and learning new skills. Apply today!

Typical daily duties:

Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

Handling lumber through various stages of processing

Cross-training in different areas of the sawmill

What we're looking for:

Prior labor or industrial experience

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 65 lbs
