Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Full Time Armed Security Officer for a State Site in Leominster MA

Monday, Tuesday 830 AM - 545 PM, Thursday 730 AM - 7 PM and Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM

Starting Pay is $23.79 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

Candidate is Required to Have a Concealed Carry Permit and 1+ Years of Previous Related Experience

As a Security Officer in Leominster, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a busy transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will respond to site needs with professionalism, using teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach while contributing to a reliable and innovative environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and/or critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, roadways, buildings, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Monitor access points, screen for unauthorized activity, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, hazards, and/or policy violations to help support orderly operations.

Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and/or evidence documentation, and assist public agencies and first responders during investigations, emergencies, and transportation-related disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
