Role summary:
The Manager leads planning, execution, and oversight of complex cross-functional programs aligned with strategic business priorities. This role is responsible for driving execution across multiple workstreams, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring teams remain aligned to deliver measurable outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong project and program management capabilities, structured problem solving, critical thinking, and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in fast-changing environments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, adaptable, highly accountable, and comfortable solving complex problems with incomplete information.

What you'll do:
Lead and deliver multiple complex programs and initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Navigate ambiguity and translate complex challenges into structured action plans and outcomes.
Build alignment, influence decisions, and drive execution across stakeholders without direct authority.
Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs while making timely and practical decisions.
Use data and insights to support decision-making and continuously improve processes and ways of working.
What you'll bring:
Strong experience leading programs, projects, or operational workstreams in complex and fast-paced environments with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Demonstrated critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions.
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively.
Ability to make sound decisions quickly and operate successfully through ambiguity and changing priorities.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with a data-oriented mindset; basic SQL and Tableau proficiency preferred to support analysis and decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
