Warehouse Safety Trainer
Job Description
This role supports a fast-paced warehouse and factory environment by training new hires in a classroom setting, performing safety trainings for current employees on the warehouse floor, and performing safety assessments.
Responsibilities
Use tablets and computers to access, review, and plan for safety training and support.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts, following all safety guidelines.
Train for and perform Warehouse Stockroom duties outside of the factory.
Train for factory support roles, including FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover, which require extensive walking and precise handling of materials.
Work inside the factory in a cleanroom environment wearing a full protective "bunny suit" for most of the day.
Clean specific tool equipment and maintain a safe, orderly, and clean work area.
Follow all site policies, procedures, and safety requirements at all times.
Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
Essential Skills
Previous warehouse safety training experience.
Demonstrated computer skills, including the ability to use tablets and computers.
Experience with spreadsheets for basic data entry and tracking.
Proficiency using RF scanners or RF scan guns for inventory and order processing.
Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts.
Experience with inventory control and warehouse inventory processes.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and safe handling of materials.
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift, including extensive walking for factory support roles.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment while following detailed procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with logistics, unloading, loading, and palletizing materials.
Background in stocking and warehouse distribution activities.
Interest in or prior exposure to forklift operation, with willingness to complete advanced forklift training.
Comfort working in a cleanroom environment wearing a full protective "bunny suit."
Ability to adapt to cross-training for multiple roles, including warehouse stockroom and factory support functions.
Strong reliability and consistency in following policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Work Environment
This position is onsite and scheduled for Shift 1, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The work takes place in both warehouse and factory settings on a large, high-tech campus. The environment is fast paced and highly safety conscious, with strict adherence to site policies and procedures. You will receive extensive training and ongoing support to perform your duties safely and effectively. In the warehouse and stockroom areas, you will work around material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts, handling pallets, inventory, and shipments. Factory support roles (including FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover) require extensive walking and continuous attention to detail in a cleanroom environment. These roles are performed inside the factory while wearing a full protective "bunny suit" and being on your feet for most of the day. Steel or composite safety shoes that cover the ankles are required, and above-ankle steel-toe footwear is needed when supporting the warehouse. Good quality walking shoes are important for the factory support portion of the role. Overall dress is casual workwear appropriate for a safety-focused industrial and cleanroom setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
