St. Catherine of Siena Hospital is a proud member of Catholic Health and has served the residents of the Smithtown area for more than 50 years. St. Catherine's is located on the north shore of Long Island in Smithtown. The campus is comprised of 296-bed not-for-profit community hospital; a 240-bed nursing and rehabilitation care center; and a 60,000 square foot medical office building. Job Details

The successful candidate will circulate and scrub cardiac diagnostic and Percutaneous Coronary Interventional (PCI) procedures performed in the Cath Lab. The RN will admit and recover pre and post cath patients.

The RN will cross-train to hemodynamic monitoring and is responsible to perform hemostasis. The RN provides direct nursing care to patients, assuming responsibility and accountability for the total care of assigned patients. The RN supervises and directs the activities of Patient Care Associates and Cath Lab Assistants. On call required.

Qualifications:

Graduate of BSN program required

NYS Nursing License required

2 years Cath Lab experience preferred

2 years Critical Care experience required

Salary Range

USD $55.13 - USD $64.36 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
