SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Practice Site Manager is responsible for the pleasant and efficient operation of the practice in order to provide quality patient care and service. This is accomplished by adhering to the practice's philosophy statement, policies and procedures and maintaining open communication channels between and with Providers, Nurse Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor and other Managers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Three (3) years of related experience required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

Prior supervisory experience in a medical office preferred.
