Cleanroom Assembler - 1st and 2nd Shift

Shifts & Pay:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM | $17/hour

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM | $18/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Cleanroom Assemblers to support the assembly and packaging of small, precision metal components. This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in a structured production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Count and verify small components to ensure order accuracy

Assemble and package custom parts using hand tools and detailed work instructions

Match parts to customer specifications and job requirements

Maintain an organized and efficient workspace

Review product details to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met

Required Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision

Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools

Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions

Strong organizational skills in a production setting

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production

Willingness to learn and grow within a technical environment

Work Environment

This position is based in a cleanroom setting. Employees must adhere to specific dress code and cleanliness standards to maintain product quality.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
