Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Inventory Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient material flow. You will work in a fast-paced distribution environment, using RF scanners to perform cycle counts, verify stock levels, and support inventory relocation projects across the facility. This role is well suited for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity across assigned areas.
Use RF scanners to track, manage, and update inventory data in real time.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.
Verify that system records consistently match actual physical inventory levels.
Assist with inventory projects, including transferring bins and materials between warehouse locations.
Support packaging, packing, and material handling activities as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures throughout the shift.
Handle physical workload, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting inventory bins and materials during the shift.
Essential Skills
Proven experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
Hands-on experience using RF scanners to track and update inventory in real time.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
Ability to perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Capability to handle physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
Reliability and punctuality to consistently support scheduled warehouse operations.
Comfort working on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in high-volume distribution centers such as large e-commerce or fulfillment operations.
Background in inventory, packaging, packing, production, or material handling.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support various inventory projects within the warehouse.
Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.
Willingness to learn and follow established warehouse systems and procedures.

Work Environment
This position is based in a busy warehouse setting where you will be on your feet and walking for most of the shift. You will work Wednesday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., alongside a team-focused group of associates. The role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting, as well as handling inventory bins and materials. RF scanners and standard warehouse equipment are used regularly to support inventory tracking, packaging, and material handling tasks. The environment prioritizes safety, organization, and cleanliness throughout the facility.

This is a Contract position based out of Middletown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
