Job Title: Field Sales Representative - Delivery Partner ProgramJob Description
This role offers the opportunity to help launch a new delivery partner program in your area by recruiting local businesses to join a growing hub network. You will spend most of your time in the field visiting prospective businesses, presenting the program, qualifying leads, and guiding interested businesses through the application process. You will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to drive referrals through community organizations, coordinate recruitment events, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. The position requires regular travel of up to a two-hour driving distance and offers uncapped commission based on each partner successfully converted.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective local businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a two-hour driving distance.
Present and pitch the new delivery partner program to prospective businesses and generate interest in applying.
Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them through the full application process.
Lead and track sales activity, manage your pipeline, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date reporting.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective partners, answering questions and resolving issues that arise during the application and onboarding process.
Proactively identify and solve problems for applicants in the field to keep the process moving smoothly.
Consistently travel within the assigned territory, managing your schedule to balance on-the-road visits with administrative and follow-up work from home.
Essential Skills
1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Proven outside or field sales experience.
CRM experience required, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and track activities in a CRM system.
Ability to travel up to approximately four hours round trip on a daily basis.
High level of professionalism and reliability when representing the program to local businesses.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers.
Experience in field sales is a strong plus.
Enthusiasm for working with others and a high sense of urgency in achieving goals.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems for applicants in the field.
Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology, including Excel and CRM tools.
Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with a Field Manager and other local team members.
Work Environment
This position is based in the general Sebring, Avon Park, Winter Haven, and Lake Placid area and involves a predominantly field-based work style. You will be on the road 3-5 days per week visiting businesses within a territory that may require up to a two-hour drive each way. The remainder of your time you will work from home to complete follow-ups, manage your Salesforce pipeline, and prepare reports. The role uses technology such as Salesforce, Excel, and other digital tools to track leads and performance. The compensation structure includes uncapped commission with earnings tied to partner milestones, including per-partner application, readiness to launch, and post-launch milestones, along with mileage reimbursement and a monthly phone bill allowance. Paid time off is available, including two weeks of PTO after a successful six-month performance review. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
