Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support Professional Services operations through effective scheduling, data management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage scheduling for Professional Services engagements, ensuring proper resource alignment and timeline adherence

Maintain and monitor team calendars to provide clear visibility into active projects, milestones, and deliverables

Track and support purchase orders (POs) and invoicing, including validation and reconciliation of services against financial records

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (CRM, project tracking tools, financial systems) through strong data hygiene practices

Proactively monitor project status, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues to maintain delivery timelines

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment across execution and financials

Support escalation management by coordinating stakeholders and driving timely resolution of issues

Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and customers, providing updates and ensuring expectations are clear

Drive process improvements by maintaining documentation and contributing to operational excellence initiatives

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
