Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Northborough, MA 01532 United States

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, From 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Pay rate: USD 25.00 /hr - USD 30.00 /hr (according to experience)

Contract: Temp to hire

Responsibilities: In this role, you will assist the HR team to effectively deliver HR programs in order to positively impact employee engagement. The position will be responsible for activities such as onboarding/offboarding, maintaining the HRIS system, personnel file maintenance, payroll administration, benefits administration, reporting, and assisting employees with questions related to HR programs. The position will be responsible for the below activities: -Onboarding/offboarding -HRIS management -Personnel file maintenance -Payroll administration -Benefits administration -Reporting -Assisting employees with questions related to HR programs -Supporting the HR Director and HR Business Partners as needed -Other duties as assigned Comments/Special Instructions This opportunity has the potential to be converted into a perm position Qualifications: Requirements:

-Prior experience running payroll and working with HRIS systems -Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in everything related to HR; payroll, benefits, employee information, etc. -Basic HR knowledge and understanding of confidentiality, policies, laws, etc. -Strong and careful attention to detail -Quick learner and able to adapt to changing priorities -Extremely organized and a master of prioritization -Ability to work in a team setting -Good verbal and written communications skills -Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
