Bristol Environmental, LLC is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant in our Baltimore, MD office to oversee daily administrative operations and support our growing environmental services team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions

Maintain accurate and organized record keeping systems (digital and physical)

Oversee billing processes, including AIA billing (experience preferred)

Assist with property tax documentation and website research (experience a plus)

Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and contract administration

Coordinate communication between staff, clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies

Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts

Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal reporting

Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong record keeping and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly detail-oriented with strong time management abilities

Experience with billing processes

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Background or experience in environmental services, engineering, or related field

Experience supporting project-based businesses

Education & Experience:

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 3+ years of office management or administrative experience

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
