Job Description

As the Affluent Market Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of support for our Affluent Market Leaders within the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. From managing complex calendars to planning market visits, your role will ensure that everything runs seamlessly. Here's a glimpse at what you'll do (not inclusive):

What You'll Do:

Handle expense reporting and calendar management with precision

Plan and coordinate meetings that are productive and impactful

Oversee the details for market visits

Provide essential documentation and administrative support to keep our operations moving

Utilize your tech-savviness with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and more for reports, presentations, and beyond

What You'll Bring:

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience in administrative and support staff roles

Preferred Skills/Experience

Financial services experience is a huge plus!

Sharp reading, writing, and math skills

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills

Strong problem-solving skills - you know how to spot and resolve exceptions in data

Effective verbal and written communication (and an eye for grammar!)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building reports, creating pivot tables, and mastering formulas

Location expectations:

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $27.55 - $36.73
