Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Plymouth, MA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

Lifting materials weighing up to 30lbs safely and efficiently

Measuring materials with tape measure and calipers accurately

Converting measurements from imperial to metric systems

Performing basic math calculations to ensure quality standards

Operating a mechanical shear to cut materials as required

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial packing or assembly roles

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness

Ability to perform basic math calculations

Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment
