How you'll make an impact in this role

Advanced Vascular Insertion: Perform expert, Ultrasound-Guided insertions for PICCs, Midlines, and difficult peripheral IVs, leveraging your specialized training to ensure first-stick success and strict adherence to the Vessel Health and Preservation (VHP) model.

Comprehensive Line Management & Safety: Provide skillful clinical care, troubleshooting, and expert-level sterile dressing changes for all @types of central lines and midlines, meticulously maintaining safety protocols to ensure zero CLABSI complications.

Clinical Collaboration & Documentation: Act as the primary vascular access consultant to collaborate with physicians on patient-specific care plans, executing orders while precisely documenting device tip-locations, patient conditions, and discharge education.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
