Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school-based program. This role focuses on providing high-quality behavior support, completing FBAs, and partnering with school teams to help students succeed!

What You'll Do
Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral and educational assessments
Analyze data and adjust interventions to support student progress
Develop and oversee Tier 1, 2, and 3 behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP development
Partner with educators and staff to meet diverse student needs
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district policies
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active clearances (Child Abuse, State, and Federal)
Passion for working with students in a school-based setting
