We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Construction Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping projects on track. In this role, you'll act as the operational backbone of our construction projects-coordinating communication, managing documentation, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. What You'll Do

Manage and coordinate administrative aspects of construction projects from start to finish

Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal teams, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Support project teams with scheduling, data entry, reporting, and document control

Utilize construction management platforms (such as Procore or Timberline) to track progress and maintain records

Help ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations

What You Bring

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat

Experience with construction management software (Procore, Timberline, or similar)

Working knowledge of construction documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels

Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize under deadlines

Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team

Nice to Have

Experience supporting construction or engineering projects

Familiarity with general office equipment and administrative tools

Work Environment

Fully onsite role, Monday-Friday, first shift

Collaborative office environment supporting active construction projects

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Latham, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
