Job Title: Shop Helper/Shop Apprentice (Entry-Level - $22/Hr)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Helper to assist our technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, rolling cables, managing inventory, arranging equipment, and performing other general labor tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist technicians with daily tasks.

Clean and roll cables.

Manage and organize inventory.

Arrange equipment as needed.

Essential Skills

HVAC knowledge.

Diagnostic skills.

Proficiency with hand tools.

Mechanical aptitude.

Clean driving record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Valid driver's license - Clean MVR

Strong verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

Work primarily in the shop and on the road, servicing clients mainly in the construction industry, with a significant focus on data centers. The standard shift is from 7 AM - 4 PM or 5 PM, Monday to Friday , with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as required. Expect a minimum of 45-50 working hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
