As a member of the Supply Chain Digitalization team, your primary responsibilities will be to identify, collect, process, and analyze datasets to help make informed business decisions. You will also assist with data analysis assignments, projects, visualization tasks, data quality improvements, and troubleshooting of data incidents.?You will also serve as the data steward and SME for data that impacts Global Procurement & Supply Chain "GPSC".
YOUR IMPACT
Discover, acquire, explore, prepare, assess and maintain datasets from internal data sources to support analyses and ad-hoc investigative requests for projects which are function/business unit specific?
Lead master data management initiatives and related-system implementations to ensure reasonable data integrity across high impact GPSC data sources
Under limited supervision, responsible for data analysis assignments, projects, visualization tasks, data quality improvements, and troubleshooting of data incidents, including resolution of root causes.?
Apply skills in SQL and statistical techniques to the acquisition, enrichment, and analysis of data.?
Resolve incidents, changes, problems, tasks, and demands?
Applies knowledge of process, people, product, data, and systems of related business functions within at least one business unit?
Define Business Problems & Opportunities?
Define Relevant Dimensions & Measures?
Collaborating with Data Engineers, draft and test data views to meet business needs for projects?
Collaborating with Data Scientists, learn and align on basic understanding of predictive and prescriptive analytics, as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence?
Provide Data to Confirm Problems & Opportunities?
Draft Goals, Roles, and Sustainment Plans?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. scientists, data engineers, business operations support, consultants) on data needs for solutions which may be projects focused on a single business function within a single business unit (Limited Complexity)?
Apply technical writing and verbal communication skills to assist in the change management (e.g. training instructions) and on-going management of data solutions.?
Actively participate in Function/Business Unit/Digital Technology Analytics Communities of Practice?
Assist business' citizen analysts in building views and in analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data insights.?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.?
Three (3) or more years of experience in Data Analysis, Information Technology, or in a related area.?
Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Power BI, Azure Databricks, and the Microsoft Suite (ie. PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.)
Ability to travel 20%?

WORKING CONDITIONS

This role combines office-based administrative duties with physical activity in field or production environments.
In the office setting, tasks may require extended computer use, sitting, and attending meetings.
Field or floor work may involve walking across various terrains or shop floors, standing, moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), climbing stairs, and exposure to varying temperatures or noise levels.
Must be able to shift focus between detailed cognitive work and occasional physical tasks as needed.

Pay Range:
$73,200.00 - $117,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
