Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst Intern supports internal reporting and data analysis initiatives with a strong focus on Excel-based reporting. In this role, you work directly with operational data related to inventory, sales activity, and ongoing projects to build, refine, and maintain reports that provide clear visibility into business performance and operational needs. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for a current student to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business operations while collaborating closely with leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain Excel reports to track operational and inventory data.
Refine and improve existing reports to enhance accuracy, clarity, and usability for stakeholders.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights that support business decisions.
Support ad hoc reporting requests from various teams across the business.
Analyze inventory lists to determine what has been sold, what is currently in stock, and what items require repair or further action.
Track and report on inventory needs associated with multiple ongoing build projects.
Provide clear visibility into inventory movement and status through consistent reporting.
Assist with tracking key metrics related to ongoing projects and operational performance.
Support cross-functional reporting needs for finance, operations, and other internal teams.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and data sources.
Help streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency through better structure, automation, and documentation.
Collaborate with leadership and team members to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective analytical outputs.
Essential Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
Strong interest in data analysis, supply chain, logistics, or business operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings clearly.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks and deadlines.
Willingness to learn and take initiative in expanding analytical and reporting capabilities.
Ability to work onsite 40 hours per week.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Exposure to intermediate Excel functions, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
Coursework or project experience involving analytics, forecasting, planning, or operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems or reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Interest or exposure to aviation, logistics, or maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environments.
Interest in data visualization and presenting data in a clear and meaningful way.
Understanding of supplier relationships and basic supply chain planning concepts.
Strong interest in reporting, business performance analysis, and financial or operational metrics.
Motivation to grow with a rapidly scaling organization and potentially transition into a full-time role.
Work Environment
This role is fully onsite in Sunrise, FL, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with direct collaboration with finance and operations leadership. The culture emphasizes a collaborative, family-style atmosphere with high visibility to leadership and opportunities for mentorship. The work centers on Microsoft Excel and other standard office productivity tools, along with exposure to ERP and reporting systems. The environment supports hands-on learning, ownership of reporting tools, and involvement in real business reporting and decision-making, with strong potential for extension or full-time conversion as the organization continues to scale.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
