Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This entry-level warehouse role is ideal for dependable individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a team-oriented environment. You will support daily warehouse operations such as packing, inventory, shipping, and receiving while developing new skills through cross-training. No prior technical experience is required, but you should bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a willingness to take initiative and learn on the job.
Responsibilities
Perform general warehouse duties including packing, packaging, loading, and material handling.
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including preparing, labeling, and organizing outgoing and incoming shipments.
Support inventory tasks by counting, organizing, and tracking products and materials as directed.
Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment after proper training.
Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a safe and orderly work area.
Handle materials and products carefully to ensure quality, accuracy, and minimal damage.
Use basic math and measurement skills to support packing, inventory, and other technical tasks as needed.
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
Communicate with team members and supervisors, ask questions when unsure, and actively participate in training.
Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality to support consistent warehouse operations.
Assist with additional tasks and cross-training opportunities as requested to support overall warehouse efficiency.

Work Environment
This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The warehouse is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable and consistent working environment. You will work on-site with a team, using standard warehouse tools and equipment such as pallet jacks and packing materials, and follow established safety and operational procedures throughout your shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
