Now Hiring: Bilingual Warehouse Packing Associates

Gardena, CA

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Shift Start Times: Mon-10am-6:30pm, Tue-Friday 10am- 5:30pm

Full-time opportunities with overtime available

We are currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Packing Associates to support daily warehouse and shipping operations in Gardena.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish *

Key Responsibilities:

Receive order totes and accurately pack a variety of products into the appropriate packaging

Maintain a productivity rate averaging 50+ orders per hour to meet shipping goals

Apply proper packaging techniques based on product size and fragility

Example: dunnage for electronics, poly-bagging for apparel

Inspect products for damages or defects before packaging

Generate and apply accurate shipping labels and verify order documentation

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computer systems during daily operations

Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe and efficient workplace

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday

Qualifications:

MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish

Previous warehouse, packing, or shipping experience preferred

Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
