$34,760.00 - $39,804.00 Annually $1,336.92 - $1,530.92 Bi-weekly
Position Summary
This is an administrative position providing support to the Regional Operations Manager, Administrative Assistant II and in the operation of the Central Region.
The Work You Will Do
Performs administrative duties and invoicing for the Central Region.
Assists with Behavioral Service Referrals and Renewals by entering and tracking service details, maintaining and distributing eligibility forms, and managing documentation by contacting providers and organizing files accurately.
Coordinates LRC activities by managing behavior program submissions, distributing materials to committee members, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, transcribing minutes, tracking decisions and caseloads, and distributing related documents to providers and participants. It also maintains updated contact information for LRC members.
Tracks and logs follow-up activities for consumers and providers as directed by the Senior Behavior Analyst, alerts them to deadlines, manages report filings, and assists in gathering necessary documents from providers. Attends all required in-service workshops and training sessions as needed or required to maintain and improve knowledge and skills.
Performs other related duties as appropriate or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Must have at least two years administrative or clerical experience.
Customer service experience.
Experience in using Microsoft applications.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Knowledge of:
Microsoft Office and programs including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access.
Of invoicing and accounting.
Ability to:
Develop and manage spreadsheets.
Track and schedule appointments.

As a condition of employment, a person appointed to a position in the State Personnel System is required to participate in the Direct Deposit Program. Rather than receiving a paper paycheck, your funds will be deposited directly into your account at your financial institution. This will be accomplished by Electronic Funds Transfer. Banks, savings and loan associations, and credit unions are eligible to accept such deposits. Retirement funds are also required to be in the Direct Deposit Program.
Background Screening Requirement
