Job Title: Mechanical EngineerJob Description

Join our dynamic engineering team as a Mechanical Engineer where you will leverage your creativity and technical expertise to complete mechanical designs using Solidworks. Collaborate with various departments including Project Management, Fabrication, and Assembly to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

Design mechanical components and systems using Solidworks.

Coordinate with Project Management to align design objectives.

Collaborate with Fabrication and Assembly teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.

Utilize creative problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges.

Communicate effectively across departments to support project needs.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Solidworks for mechanical design.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in a manufacturing environment, gained through internship or professional roles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of sheet metal and material handling equipment is advantageous.

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing setting where collaboration with multiple departments is crucial. The role may require occasional visits to fabrication and assembly areas, ensuring designs are practical and efficient. Dress code is business casual.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Souderton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
