The Job:

As a Data Analyst, Tools & Outdoor Finance Analytics you will:

Data Collection & Analysis : Gather, clean, and analyze data from a range of business functional teams, including Finance, Brand, Commercial, Engineering & Supply Chain to enable forecast accuracy improvements.

Reporting & Visualization : Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Business Insights : Translate data findings into actionable business strategies that provides comprehensive analysis and recommendations to inform objective decision making related to forecast accuracy initiatives

Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams on special projects, key business initiatives & enterprise data related projects to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions.

Process Improvement : Identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization within data processes and systems. Drive process improvements that impact business results (SKU Level Forecast Enablement).

Quality Assurance : Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular analysis and validation

The Person:

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance, Analytics or Accounting.

1-3 years of prior related experience.

Comfortable with large datasets as well as strong SQL experience to perform queries for extraction and complex analysis

Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

Past experience in data governance, cleansing and enrichment

Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase.

Prior experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Snowflake.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support Business Partners

Excellent communication and presentation skills
