Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Are you a seasoned financial leader

Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the
financial health and success of our organization while contributing to
the well-being of our residents and staff. SUMMARY Directs and has
responsibility for all the financial matters of the Loomis Communities
(which includes all entities owned and managed by Loomis) including, but
not limited to: payroll, budget preparation, accounts payable, accounts
receivable, cash and investments, and maintaining accurate financial
statements. In addition, develops financial forecasts, develops and
maintains banking relationships, oversees computer systems within the
organization, and participates with Chief Executive Officer in short-
and long-range planning for the organization. Performs the following
duties personally or through senior management and their subordinate
supervisors: QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting,
or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of
progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a senior
leadership role. Experience in the healthcare or senior living industry
is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven
leadership ability, with a track record of successfully leading teams
