TEKsystems is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join their Fortune 500 client's team. This role will be instrumental in managing and executing online marketing initiatives, focusing on driving engagement and conversions across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, with a particular emphasis on merchandising, campaign management, and performance optimization within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities
-Function as a producer, managing the intake of creative assets and overseeing project processes to ensure smooth campaign execution.
-Plan and set up a high volume of marketing campaigns, with an estimated 40-50 campaigns per business unit per week, requiring efficient workflow management and rapid iteration.
-Develop and execute merchandising experiences and marketing programs across channels, including homepage and browser pages, leveraging internal tools effectively.
-Drive marketing programs to build brand awareness and new customer adoption.
-Plan and deliver online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements.
-Drive key performance metrics, primarily click-through rates (CTR), through continuous creative and target testing.
-Create marketing content by collaborating with branding, design agencies on videos, graphics and automation toolsets
-Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance
-Manage creative briefs, review, and approval processes with internal and external design teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
-Design and implement experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies
-Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-Proven experience in online operating marketing management, preferably within a large-scale e-commerce or technology company.
-Strong merchandising experience
-Proficiency in using Salesforce for email campaigns and Sonar for push notifications.
-Experience with video and audio content development and scheduling for marketing purposes.
-Demonstrated ability to design and execute A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to optimize marketing outcomes.
-Excellent project management skills, including managing creative workflows, stakeholder approvals, and strict deadlines.
-A strong work ethic and high motivation, with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
-At least three years of relevant professional experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
