Job Description

The Marketing Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering marketing programs, initiatives, and campaigns. This role oversees the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while enabling teams to work transparently and collaboratively. The position brings structure and accountability to align marketing execution with business priorities and deliver measurable impact. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills who can manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment where success depends on collaboration and influence across functions.

Responsibilities:

Cross-collaborate with different teams including Product Management, Platform, Finance, Digital Experience, and Revenue Marketing.

Partner with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.

Develop strategic project plans and enhance project management and operations practices.

Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.

Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors as needed.

Develop and manage project budgets and deliver against business goals and objectives.

Work with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities across cross-functional workstreams.

Apply established processes to set workflows, enhance execution, and address inefficiencies.

Prepare, maintain, and submit clear activity and progress reports.

Model and simulate improvements to PMO processes, run scenarios, and resolve gaps before implementation.

Communicate with coworkers and clients to meet deadlines.

Multitask and shift across concurrent projects effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of program or project management experience.

5-7+ years leading complex projects in a highly matrixed environment.

Proven self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder management capability.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Experience connecting teams and driving programs to completion against timelines.

Preferred Skills:

Background in marketing operations, revenue marketing, or digital experience.

Familiarity with PMO process optimization and scenario modeling.
