We are seeking a motivated Associate Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Global Marketing team. This individual will help us develop deeply client-centric thought leadership and strategic content that positions our brand as an industry leader. This is more than just a writing role: You'll take a journalistic approach to uncovering impactful stories, while planning, executing and analyzing content that resonates with our audience.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales and business teams to ensure every piece of content aligns with our strategic goals and brand voice. Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives and drive engagement
Craft compelling narratives by identifying and composing impactful stories tailored to specific audience personas
Create and repurpose content across multiple formats and channels, including white papers, blogs, case studies, social media posts, and more
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including subject matter experts, marketing, and leadership - to gather insights and produce high-quality materials
Edit and ghostwrite content to ensure a consistent tone, voice and quality across all deliverables
Analyze content performance metrics and partner with the Global Marketing Team to iterate and optimize strategies for greater impact
Contribute to the overall content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, audience needs, and brand standards
Requirements
5-8 years of experience creating thought leadership content, marketing materials, web copy, and social media posts for B2B audiences
Proven ability to take a journalistic approach to storytelling, including interviewing subject matter experts and crafting engaging narratives
Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills, with a strong command of AP Style
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building trust-based, empathetic relationships with stakeholders
A learning mindset with a passion for exploring new technologies and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with marketing technologies (e.g., AI tools, project management platforms) is a plus

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only.
