Sales Representative

Description

This role is responsible for driving sales and long-term relationships within K-12 school districts. This can be accomplished by positioning learning environments-not just furniture-as a strategic investment that supports instruction, student engagement, and institutional outcomes. The ideal candidate is credible with educators, confident with administrators, and procurement. Responsibilities: - Build and execute a territory plan to grow K-12 revenue across public, charter, and private schools. - Identify and develop new opportunities in target districts and schools; maintain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline - Presenting to and influencing school leadership, including principals, superintendents, curriculum directors, and facilities leaders - Monitor and respond to RFPs/RFQs/ITBs for K-12 furniture - Establish a presence with decision-makers (superintendents, business administrators, facility directors, principals) and influencers (teachers, IT, librarians, school boards). - Collaborate with internal designers on layouts, finish palettes, renderings, and spec sheets; coordinate revisions quickly.
