?? Job Overview
This role focuses on managing inventory, processing customer orders, and supporting the efficient flow of plastic products in and out of a small warehouse facility .
You will use systems such as SAP and RF scanners to track inventory, pick and pack orders, and ensure products are accurately prepared for shipment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, comfort with data entry, and the ability to stay organized in a production-focused environment.
?? Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack products from incoming trucks with accuracy and efficiency
Use computer systems to download and process customer orders
Pull orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines
Track and maintain accurate inventory using SAP software
Verify correct products are selected and packaged per customer orders
Unload raw materials from trucks and store them appropriately
Load skids of finished goods onto trucks for shipment
Operate RF scanning equipment for accurate inventory tracking
Receive and properly store incoming products
Stage finished goods and prepare shipments for delivery
Print and apply shipping labels accurately
Package products to ensure safe transport and delivery
Safely handle materials, including operating a sit-down forklift when needed
Use a tape measure and basic tools to verify product specifications
Support general production activities to maintain workflow
?? Required Skills
At least 1 year of inventory experience in a warehouse or production setting
Comfortable with data entry and computer-based systems
Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Ability to perform picking, packing, and material handling tasks
Sit-down forklift experience or willingness to learn
Ability to use a tape measure accurately
Strong attention to detail in order processing and inventory control
Reliable and able to work 1st shift (Monday-Friday)

Production or manufacturing experience with finished goods/raw materials
Experience working in a smaller warehouse environment
Familiarity with plastic products or similar materials
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
