Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Davie, FL

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by assisting customers, managing communication, and keeping our workflow organized.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Pickup Coordination - Process and prepare customer pickup orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service

Email Management - Respond to incoming email requests with professionalism and clarity

Appointment Scheduling - Set and manage appointments, maintaining an organized and up-to-date schedule

Administrative Paperwork - Process, file, and maintain paperwork with strong attention to detail

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Excellent organizational habits

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with email platforms and scheduling tools
