Summary This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Enterprise Systems Solutions Group (ESSG), Division of Identity Management Enterprise Systems (DIMES). As a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (Systems/Analysis), GS-2210-15, you will direct staff responsible for the maintenance and modernization of the enterprise identity management solution. Responsibilities Serve as the Division Director performing programmatic administrative responsibilities to direct, manage, and accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization. Direct staff who are in turn directly responsible for the administration of the CMS Enterprise Identity Management platform. Serve as an expert resource and technical authority in the design, development, testing and implementation of systems in support of the modernization and enhancement of the Enterprise Identity Management platform. Oversee a portfolio of specialized cloud-based service components, including: Okta Identity as-a-Service (IDaaS), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) services, Remote Identity Proofing and Cloud Computing Services. AND In order to qualify for the GS-15 grade level, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1) Leading a team in defining and executing the vision, strategy, and priorities for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of an Enterprise Identity Management service; AND 2) Directing full program lifecycle activities including budget formulation, acquisition strategy, execution, oversight, and reporting for an Enterprise-level investment; AND 3) Managing a portfolio of specialized cloud-based components, including Okta Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Remote Identity Proofing, and Cloud Computing Services; AND 4) Providing technical leadership to a cross-functional team in agency-wide development, implementation, and governance of Enterprise Identity Management Shared Services (e.g. overseeing design, development, testing, and deployment of IAM systems within an Agile/CI/CD framework).
