Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Brookshire, TX . · Shift: 1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

2nd shift: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm

· Weekly paycheck

· Pay: $ 17.00

Responsibilities:

· Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

. Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

. Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.

. Monitor progress of delivery routes.

. Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

. Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

. 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.

. Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
