Summary The Management Analyst serves as a member of the Director's Staff for the Department of Veterans Affairs, St. Petersburg Regional Office. The employee is an active participant in all aspects of station management and primary responsibilities encompass duties include but are not limited to, developing recommendations for program officials and supervisors and strives to have viable recommendations accepted by operating components. Establish study methods and techniques to be utilized in substantive program studies and audits and interprets findings resulting from studies that are independently developed. The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.
