COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Office Assistant to join our Albany, NY team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with customer interaction, and takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

As a key member of our team, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers while supporting scheduling, office coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations.

What You'll Do:

Greet walk-in customers and provide outstanding in-person customer service

Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers with questions, scheduling, and updates

Schedule measurement and installation appointments to support project timelines

Coordinate schedules and maintain internal calendars and tracking systems

Review documents, sales orders, and customer information for accuracy and completeness

Perform data entry and maintain organized customer and scheduling records

Collaborate with sales, production, and installation teams to keep projects aligned and on track

Assist with general office, clerical, and administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous receptionist, front desk, clerical, or administrative experience preferred

Strong customer service skills with a professional phone presence

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong listening, organizational, and follow-up skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Comfortable using scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and other office technology
