Job Title: Construction Coordinator / Onsite Project Coordinator
Job Description
This onsite Construction Coordinator role supports a major project in Culver City by coordinating daily site activities, logistics, and communications. The coordinator works closely with the Production Lead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective scheduling, and clear communication between internal teams and the client. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with construction site experience who enjoys being present in the field and keeping projects organized and on track.
Responsibilities
Coordinate onsite logistics to support daily construction project operations.
Assist with scheduling and coordination of crews, subcontractors, and site activities.
Serve as a primary liaison with the client, providing regular updates and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
Manage travel logistics and arrangements for team members as needed.
Represent the project team in onsite and remote meetings, capturing detailed notes and tracking action items through completion.
Prepare, update, and maintain site reports, logs, and project documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Support daily administrative tasks related to construction coordination, scheduling, and documentation.
Handle general site support activities, including store runs, material pick-ups, and other field errands to keep work progressing.
Collaborate closely with the Production Lead to monitor progress, identify issues, and help ensure the project runs smoothly and safely.
Support implementation of site safety practices by helping coordinate safe work activities and reinforcing adherence to safety procedures.
Essential Skills
Proven experience working in a construction site or field-based construction environment.
Strong construction coordination skills, including organizing daily activities and logistics.
Experience with scheduling crews, tasks, and site activities in a construction or similar environment.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients, with clear and professional communication skills.
Ability to prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and project documentation with strong attention to detail.
Organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
Capability to coordinate travel logistics for team members, including arrangements and scheduling.
Comfort working in a hands-on, onsite role, including performing field support tasks such as material pick-ups.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with a Production Lead and broader project team.
Awareness of construction safety practices and willingness to support a safe jobsite.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Background in construction management, coordination, or a related field.
Experience preparing meeting notes and tracking action items for project teams.
Familiarity with basic construction documentation such as daily reports, logs, and checklists.
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with field crews, leadership, and client representatives.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing site conditions, schedules, and priorities.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for store runs and material pick-ups.
Comfort using basic office and communication tools to support scheduling, reporting, and coordination.
Work Environment
This role is fully onsite at an active construction project in Culver City, working directly in and around the jobsite on a daily basis. The position involves frequent movement around the site, interaction with field crews and supervisors, and hands-on support such as material pick-ups and store runs. Work is performed in typical construction conditions, which may include exposure to weather, noise, and active construction activities. The schedule follows project needs and may require flexibility in hours to support daily operations and key milestones. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with close coordination between the Production Lead, internal teams, and the client to keep the project running smoothly and safely.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
