Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Location: Brookshire, TX

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday through Saturday, 6am to 2pm and 10:30am to 7pm. One day off during the week. Candidate must have availability for both shifts.

What's the Job?

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure excellent service delivery

Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to resolve issues effectively

Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to deliveries and service requests

Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely completion

Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What's Needed?

Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment

Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily

Solid multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
