As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $15.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat05:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun05:00 AM - 10:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and responding to security-related concerns in a professional manner.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or policy violations.

Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or other unwanted behavior through visible presence and timely reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
