Qnity Electronics - Semiconductor Technologies, Lithography (ST Litho) R&D group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented R&D Administrative Assistant to support its Marlborough-based R&D operations.

In this role, you will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Lithography R&D team by coordinating R&D sample shipments, purchase order activities, and system-based transactions (e.g., SAP and related tools). You will work closely with R&D, Procurement, EHS, and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and timely execution of business-critical activities.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technical environment and enjoys enabling R&D teams through strong execution, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage, support, and monitor R&D sample shipping. The responsibilities extend to GHS and SDS labels, setting up label template in the system, physically printing labels and SDSs, and promptly making necessary changes with requestors and other corresponding departments.

· Support purchasing and procurement-related processes. The responsibilities extend to maintaining records of orders and transactions and work closely with Procurement to ensure Purchase Orders are delivered to suppliers on time.

· Provide broad administrative and operational support as required by R&D teams. The responsibilities include but are not limited to operations using SAP and other support software activities, submitting work order requests, purchasing office supplies, issuing non-chemical order purchase requests, organizing meeting invitations, managing e-mail distribution lists, supporting expense reports, as well as coordinating schedules, meetings, and visitor hospitality.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

· High School/GED

· Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and data entry systems.

· Working knowledge of logistics, shipping, and receiving processes.

· Experience using SAP or similar enterprise support systems.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environme

The Pay range for this role is $26.60 - $41.80 Hourly
