Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting warehouse operations and client relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Darien, WI

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday 6PM - 2AM

What's the Job?

Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, inventory counts, etc.

Report customer feedback to management to improve service quality.

Act as liaison between customers and warehouse for account administration, invoicing, and credit adjustments.

Generate all paperwork and information required for customer work orders, including special requests and order tracking.

Provide clerical support by maintaining order paperwork, answering phones, and operating office equipment.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

0-2 years of related work experience in customer service or clerical roles.

Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office, WMS, typing, and data entry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
