Sports Physical Therapy - Kirkland | Outpatient Orthopedic & Performance PT

SPT Kirkland is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic built for clinicians who want to grow fast, think critically, and deliver high-level care to active adults and athletes.

We operate in an open-gym, movement-based environment focused on objective testing, progressive rehab, and real-world performance outcomes-not passive, volume-driven care.

Job Description

Your First 30-60 Days

Structured onboarding with clear expectations

Side-by-side collaboration with the Clinic Director and PTs

Gradual progression toward full independence

Early emphasis on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and communication

What You Will Do

Treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions under the direction of a PT

Coach patients through exercise progressions, movement retraining, and load management

Apply manual therapy techniques when they meaningfully support patient outcomes

Contribute to clinical decision-making rather than simply following a protocol

Document efficiently during the workday so you're not taking notes home

Qualifications

Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Interest in sports, movement, and performance-based rehab

Additional Information

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $30.00-$35.00/hr.

Productivity bonus opportunities
